Usage Terms

1. About Us

The Tabelized Entries site (“Platform”) is operated by Tableized Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Platform is made available to users and race organisers (“Organisers”) to facilitate:

• Online event entries
• Results processing and publication
• Payment processing
• Event administration and communications

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Role of the Platform

We provide software and hosting services to Organisers.

We:

• Act as a technology provider
• Do not organise or run events ourselves
• Are not responsible for the conduct, safety, cancellation or administration of any event

Each Organiser is solely responsible for:

• The organisation and operation of its events
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Accuracy of event information
• Handling refunds (unless otherwise specified)

3. User Accounts

You may submit entries without creating an account, unless an Organiser requires account validation.

If you create an account, you agree that:

• Your login credentials are personal and confidential
• You will not share your password
• You will take reasonable steps to protect your account
• You will notify us immediately of unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.

4. Event Entries

When submitting an entry:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You agree that entry data will be shared with the relevant Organiser
• You understand that the Organiser is responsible for event administration

We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by users.

5. Emergency Contact Information

If you store emergency contact details within your account:

• You confirm that you have informed the emergency contact that their details are being provided
• You confirm you have authority to provide those details

Emergency contact details are:

• Used solely for participant safety and event administration
• Shared only with relevant Organisers and authorised officials
• Never used for marketing purposes

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

Payment disputes, refunds and cancellation policies are determined by the relevant Organiser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not liable for payment processing failures caused by third-party providers.

7. SMS Communications

By providing a mobile number, you agree that we may send:

• Transactional messages relating to event entries
• Account security notifications
• Event reminders

Marketing SMS messages will only be sent where you have provided explicit consent.

For US mobile numbers:

• Messaging campaigns may be registered under A2P 10DLC requirements
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

Emergency contact numbers will not receive SMS communications.

Message and data rates may apply.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload obscene, offensive or illegal material
• Infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Attempt unauthorised access to other users’ or Organisers’ data
• Use the Platform for any purpose unrelated to organised sporting events

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for breaches.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, content structure and branding remain the property of Tableized Limited.

Organisers retain ownership of event-specific content they upload.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

Organisers act as independent Data Controllers in relation to event data.

We act as Data Controller for user accounts and as Data Processor for event data processed on behalf of Organisers.

11. Publication of Entries and Results

Organisers may publish:

• Entry lists
• Competitor information
• Event results

You acknowledge that publication of limited competition data is a normal and necessary part of sporting events.

Objections should be directed to the relevant Organiser or submitted under applicable data protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for cancellation, postponement or alteration of events
• We are not liable for loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by users or Organisers
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

13. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or modify the Platform:

• For maintenance
• For security reasons
• To comply with legal requirements

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
